There I was, watching TV and making ornaments, minding my own business, when I realized that these 2 random balls of yarn matched (even though you can't really tell in the picture):
 

All of a sudden, there shined a shiny demon in the middle of the road. And he said "Knit the best hat in the world or I'll eat your soul." So I knitted the first thing that came to my head. Just so happened to be the best hat in the world.
