How many crafty obsessions can one person possibly have? I found some cool beads at the store one day and it snowballed into a ton of new jewelry for sale in the store. My favorite item of all is the Cherry bomb bracelet (seen below). It reminds me of a bracelet I frequently used to borrow from my friend Leslie. Her taste in jewelry as well as her personal collection was always superior to mine, and in the store while buying supplies to make one single necklace, she appeared in the air above my shoulder like my conscience saying "You know, I would never buy a necklace without matching earrings."

On a knitting note, I submitted two of my patterns to Spun and have not yet heard a yes or no. I haven't done this before, so I have no idea if no news is good news. I am a notorious gun-jumper, so if I don't get immediate feedback I automatically assume the worst. Any time something goes up in the store, I feel as though my items will somehow develop personalities and be offended that they have not yet been purchased. (What's funny is that one day while updating the store and joking about selling something within the hour, I actually sold something within the hour.)

Custom orders have kept me fairly busy this week in the spinning department, but not to fear, there will be more yarn up soon.
